Questions about pricing
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The free plan never asks for a card, and on the paid plans you sign up, connect one system and see what comes in before you pay.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone with their own login. AI agents are not counted, and neither are the customers talking to the chat.
If I add someone mid-month, do I pay for the whole month?
No. You pay for the days that are left, and from the next month it is simply part of the bill.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit. The first seven days are fully open, with up to $20 of AI use on us, so you see the whole system. After that the free plan asks for two things: your own AI key, and a small credit line of ours at the bottom of the chat. Want it without the credit line — that is the Basic plan.
What if I exceed my quota?
We tell you before, not after. Nothing is switched off without your knowing.
Can I change plan?
Any time, in both directions.
What are AI credits?
Every smart action — scanning a conversation, an agent's answer, an analysis — uses a little. You see exactly how much and on what, and never get a surprise at month end.
